Business Development Manager
Location: Home Based - UK/EMEA
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Highly Competitive Bonus + Benefits
The Opportunity
Entrust Resource Solutions are supporting a global leader in pharmaceutical cold chain packaging in the appointment of a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth across the EMEA region.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced business development professional who enjoys opening new accounts, building strategic customer relationships and selling high-value technical solutions into the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
Working within a well-established international business, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing key customer accounts across pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech companies and supply chain organisations.
Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan
• Generate new business opportunities across pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract award
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Deliver consultative, solution-based sales presentations
• Work closely with operations, engineering and customer service teams to deliver customer solutions
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast
• Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events across EMEA

About You
We're interested in speaking with experienced commercial professionals who have a proven track record of selling technical solutions into the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
Experience within any of the following would be highly advantageous:

• Pharmaceutical cold chain packaging
• Temperature-controlled packaging
• Thermal shipping solutions
• Pharmaceutical logistics
• GDP logistics
• Healthcare supply chain
• Life sciences packaging

You'll also demonstrate:

• A strong record of winning new business
• Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Experience managing strategic customer accounts
• The ability to influence stakeholders across complex pharmaceutical organisations
• A proactive, self-driven approach to territory management
