QC Team Leader Location: DUNDEE
Full-Time | Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced QC Team Leader to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role will lead a team of QC Analysts, ensuring testing activities are completed efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the day-to-day QC laboratory operations
• Provide coaching, training, and technical guidance to the QC team
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and quality standards
• Review QC testing, investigations, CAPAs, SOPs, and change controls
• Support continuous improvement and laboratory efficiency initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related discipline
• Previous experience leading a QC team within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment
• Strong knowledge of GMP and laboratory compliance
• Experience with analytical testing and laboratory systems
• Strong communication and organisational skills
