We're looking for a friendly, organised Customer Services Specialist to join a busy Occupational Health team based in Abingdon.
You'll act as the first point of contact for customers, handling phone and email enquiries, booking Occupational Health services, and coordinating clinic schedules to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
What you'll be doing:
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email
- Booking and managing Occupational Health appointments
- Coordinating clinics and liaising with internal teams and external providers
- Updating systems and completing admin tasks accurately
- Working to agreed service levels and KPIs
What we're looking for: - Previous experience in a customer service or admin-based role
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Confidence using IT systems (CRM/Salesforce experience is a plus)
- A customer-focused, detail-oriented approach
