Consumer Engagement Strategist – B2B
Location: Basingstoke, UK (Hybrid)
Reports to: Consumer Engagement Lead, Northern European Hub

We’re seeking a Consumer Engagement Strategist – B2B to shape and deliver engagement strategies across the UK and Nordics. In this role, you’ll design and execute innovative approaches to connect with B2B partners — blending data, insight, and creativity to build impactful, compliant campaigns that drive growth and strengthen relationships.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to define strategy, lead pilot programs, and optimise activity through continuous learning and data analysis. As a key influencer, you’ll also help build organisational capability and embed a consumer-first mindset across teams.
What you’ll bring:

• 7+ years’ experience in consumer or B2B marketing, ideally within healthcare or regulated industries.
• Proven success in strategy development, campaign execution, and partnership marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative, data-driven approach and passion for creating meaningful engagement.
