Consumer Engagement Strategist –Therapy Lead (Cardio Metabolic Health)
Location: Basingstoke, UK (Hybrid)
Reports to: Consumer Engagement Lead, Northern European Hub

We’re looking for a Consumer Engagement Strategist to lead consumer strategy across Cardio Metabolic Health (Obesity & Type 2 Diabetes) in the UK and Nordics. You’ll use deep consumer insight to shape engagement plans and deliver campaigns that are impactful, relevant, and help improve lives.
Working with cross-functional teams and agencies, you’ll define long-term strategies, localise global content, and ensure campaigns resonate with consumers while meeting compliance and performance goals. You’ll also help build consumer capability across the organisation — embedding insight-led thinking and innovation.
What you’ll bring:

• 10+ years’ experience in consumer marketing, ideally within healthcare or wellness.
• Strong expertise in consumer insight, campaign strategy, and brand development.
• Proven success leading integrated campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven approach and excellent communication skills.
