Consumer Engagement Website Manager
Location: Basingstoke, UK (Hybrid)
Reports to: Consumer Engagement Lead, Northern European Hub
Are you passionate about creating engaging, intuitive, and impactful digital experiences that truly connect with consumers? We’re looking for a Consumer Engagement Website Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and optimisation of our websites across the Northern European Hub (UK & Nordics).
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind how we show up online — ensuring our web presence is informative, relevant, and supportive for every visitor. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll manage the end-to-end web experience, from content strategy and creative execution to analytics and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the website strategy and roadmap for the Northern European Hub.
- Plan, execute, and optimise website content — aligning global and local needs for maximum impact.
- Partner with creative agencies, regulatory and IT teams to ensure content is compliant, effective, and on-brand.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, digital, sales, and medical teams to deliver seamless consumer experiences.
- Drive performance measurement, analysis, and optimisation across all website initiatives.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, SEO best practices, and evolving consumer behaviours to guide strategy.
What You’ll Bring - 7+ years’ experience in consumer marketing with a focus on website management.
- Proven expertise in project management, content localisation, and digital optimisation.
- Strong understanding of SEO, UI/UX, and analytics-driven decision making.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with creative and technical partners.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring teams together around a shared vision.
