Our client develop and manufacture scientific products. They are actively recruiting for an English/Spanish speaking or English/French speaking Technical Support Engineer
  
Duties for this position will include :-

• Providing technical support / contact for customers and clients alike in an established area
• Responsibility for day to day contact with customers and clients via both email and phone
• Answering product related technical questions and general sales related enquiries.
• Translating and writing technical sales literature for product documentation

Please note this is predominantly desk role, based working within a small technical team, full technical, and product training and support will be given.
  
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre within Physical Sciences and will also be bi-lingual, with English + Spanish or French.  You must have a good scientific background and the ability to pick up product knowledge and technical information quickly; in order to liaise with scientific professionals confidently.  Excellent IT and Communication skills desired.
