Sales Service Specialist
Purpose:
Support customers and field teams by processing orders and handling enquiries. A general understanding of medical or technical equipment is helpful, but no technical background is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders via phone, email, fax, or post using SAP and AS400
- Respond to queries on deliveries, pricing, and product availability
- Coordinate with logistics teams and couriers to resolve shipping issues
- Communicate with internal teams across the UK and Europe
- Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects
- Support occasional customer visits with sales or engineering teams
General: Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
