Sales Service Specialist 
 
Purpose:
Support customers and field teams by processing orders and handling enquiries. A general understanding of medical or technical equipment is helpful, but no technical background is required.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders via phone, email, fax, or post using SAP and AS400
• Respond to queries on deliveries, pricing, and product availability
• Coordinate with logistics teams and couriers to resolve shipping issues
• Communicate with internal teams across the UK and Europe
• Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects
• Support occasional customer visits with sales or engineering teams

General:
