• Helping run production smoothly, safely, and accurately by following process instructions, SOPs, GMP standards, and health & safety rules.
• Carrying out tasks like dispensing, manufacturing, filling, and packing as per the guidelines.
• Setting up equipment and making sure the right tools are ready before starting production.
• Keeping equipment and work areas in good shape and reporting any issues or faults.
• Filling out all paperwork correctly and on time, following SOPs and data integrity rules.
• Being flexible and able to work across different production areas.
• Following all safety guidelines, including risk assessments and COSHH data sheets
• Sticking to company policies, including quality standards and health & safety rules.
• Doing daily checks to make sure everything meets GMP, HSE, and 6S standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in manufacturing or production—pharma experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of GMP in a production setting.
• Comfortable using IT tools like MS Office and network systems.
• Able to follow written instructions like SOPs and manuals.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Can work well on your own and as part of a team.
• Open to working shifts (24/16/8 hour patterns) and able to solve problems and document clearly.
• Chemistry qualification is nice to have but not essential.
