Role Summary:
The UK Sales & Marketing affiliate relies on a high-performing finance team to act as a strategic business partner across commercial operations. This role sits within the local Product Supply and Distribution team, which plays a critical role in pricing, supply chain coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of products to patients. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure across finance, supply chain management, and commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support month-end financial control processes, ensuring pricing consistency across systems and partners
- Compile and submit sales and financial data to external agencies
- Track and validate non-standard pricing, free-of-charge billings, customer incentives, and sales trends
- Conduct daily sales monitoring, highlighting product trends, customer behaviours, and any anomalies
- Assist with commercial scheme management including rebate reconciliation, invoicing, tracking and data analysis
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager to build and implement deals with external partners
- Proactively identify and support process improvements to drive efficiency and value
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Training & Development: Full training will be provided on tools, systems, and product knowledge. There will be hands-on experience with SAP, Excel, Power BI, Copilot, Power Automate, and other Microsoft applications, with strong support for professional development and upskilling.
