Position Description:
The Maintenance Supervisor will provide front-line engineering support to their team of Craft Technicians, developing an effective partnership between Maintenance Engineering, Operations, Quality, Safety, and technical services.

The Maintenance team execute, predictive, planned, and reactive maintenance works across all manufacturing equipment within Manufacturing areas.

This position’s main priority is to provide the required supervision to the craft technicians to support them in all their activities whilst ensuring quality and safety are maintained and that continuous improvements are considered.

Functions, Duties and tasks will lie within the following:

• Production Support
• Safety and Environmental
• Continuous Improvement
• Capital Projects
• Develop Technical Knowledge
