Key aspects of the role:
- Support with the design, installation, and commission of new production processes with the view to optimise yield and efficiency
- Contribute to production root cause analysis, and change proposals
- Support with the set up of scale-up and scale-down processes, including making appropriate updates to process FMEAs and changes to equipment design and configuration
- Author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documents required for efficient operation of the process
- Support in first line technical troubleshooting for process handover to production.
Applicant requirements - A minimum of 3-5 years experience in an equivalent role, ideally within a pharmaceutical or medical device bioprocess environment or other closely related industry considered.
- Strong communication across all levels of the organisation
- MEng/BEng in Chemical Engineering or equivalent in a closely related discipline
