HR ASSOCIATE
Location: Liverpool
6 month contract
ERS are supporting their Global pharmaceutical client in their search for a temporary HR Associate
This is a key role within the HR team in the UK & Ireland responsible for providing HR support, advise and guidance to leadership, managers and employees.
Functions, Duties, Tasks:
- Trusted advisor to the UK/I Leadership and management team in the areas of employees relations, disciplinaries and grievances
- Provide support and leadership for key people process including: compensation and benefits, recruitment, absence management and re structure changes
- To provide HR advice and support to all employees offering support, coaching and guidance to individuals as appropriate to help promote and develop employee relations
- To co-ordinate the learning plans for the local affiliate training working with the managers and UK/Ireland L and D specialist
- Provide support and coaching to leadership, managers and managers inline with HR processes and policies
- Support the development and implementation of staffing strategies to deliver business objectives and promote best practice in recruitment and selection methods, working closely with the recruitment partner and agencies
- Develop, review and implement UK & local policies and procedures; helping others interpret and apply them as appropriate, ensuring compliance with current UK legislation
- To arrange on-boarding for all new starters for the affiliate
- To manage the holiday allocation/balances for the affiliate and relevant leaves
- Support and/or lead HR projects, initiatives or improvement activities
- Support the business with key organizational change and transformation projects
- Partner and work closely with central HR Teams in the application of global HR policies, processes and all key projects including HR transformation
