CLUB MANAGER As our Club Manager, your main focus will be to lead the club, drive membership growth, support your team, and create an exceptional experience for every member who walks through the door. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, enjoys leading people, and wants to build a long-term career in fitness business management.
You will be supported with a structured development pathway that can progress from Club Manager into Senior Club Manager, Assistant Area Manager, and future multi-site leadership opportunities.
Our Club Manager pathway is designed around three key stages of growth: Belong: Build strong foundations as a Club Manager, developing confidence across sales, operations, member experience, team leadership, and club KPIs.
Thrive: Progress into a senior Club Manager pathway, taking on greater responsibility, mentoring others, driving club projects, and leading stronger business outcomes.
Lead: Develop toward senior leadership, multi-site support, and future area management opportunities.
Our internal club manager salary pathway is designed to offer earning potential from approximately $75,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience, performance, development milestones, and role progression.

MEMBERSHIP CONSULTANT As our Membership Consultant, your role will be to help create a five-star member experience while supporting the growth of the club’s member base and revenue. You will work closely with the Club Manager and wider team to welcome new members, support member retention, drive sales activity, and contribute to a positive, energetic club culture.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about fitness, enjoys speaking with people, and wants to grow their career within the fitness industry.
The Membership Consultant role also includes a structured progression pathway, allowing you to grow from an entry-level consultant into a senior sales, leadership, or club management role.

For Membership Consultants, our internal salary pathway is designed to support earning potential from approximately $55,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience, performance, development milestones, and role progression.
Key Responsibilities - Deliver new member orientations and consultations.
- Support the member journey from enquiry through to onboarding and retention.
- Assist with member engagement, retention strategies, and club initiatives.
- Work closely with the Club Manager, team members, and Personal Trainers.
- Achieve monthly KPIs and contribute to club growth.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads, prospects, and members.
- Help create a positive, welcoming, and high-energy club culture.
- Deliver quality customer service and support to all members.
About You - You have customer service, sales, fitness, or hospitality experience.
- You are confident on the phone and enjoy speaking with people.
- You are motivated by targets and enjoy achieving results.
