Duties & Responsibilities:

In this role you will be required to oversee all on-site works and team members, whilst maintaining additional responsibilities such as, 

• Working closely with the Project Manager to meet program expectations, including personnel costs and schedules 
• Lead and oversee WHS & QA requirements 
• Maintain documentation and reporting for management 
• Coach and Mentor all employees including Subcontractors, Trades and Labourers 

About you:

To be considered for this position you will need to have the following skills and experience; 

• Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand/ Foreman or Site Manager on Commercial projects
• Ability to coach and lead teams, including Apprentices and Subcontractors 
• Good team player and passionate about quality works
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Relevant trade qualifications, Drivers licence 
• Willingness to undertake police check and medicals
