In collaboration with a top-tier pool manufacturer, we're seeking to strengthen the team in South West Sydney.  Initially a temporary position, this role holds the potential to become a permanent fixture for the right candidate.
  
Your Role:

As a Detailing Labourer, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the presentation and finish of our products, ensuring every fibreglass pool shell meets our high-quality standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and precision are essential in delivering outstanding results that reflect the quality and reputation of our brand.

We're Looking For:

• Individuals with proficiency in using both hand and power tools for tasks like sanding, buffing, and polishing pool moulds.
• Candidates who are physically fit with the ability to work efficiently on their feet for extended periods, including reaching, bending, and moving around large pool shells comfortably.
• Detail-oriented team players committed to safety and operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate: 

• Knowledgeable in safe work practices and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Holds a current driver’s licence.
• Previous experience in detailing, polishing, or surface finishing is preferred.
• Strong work ethic with a high level of reliability and punctuality.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
• Open to learning and willing to undergo training if new to professional detailing processes.
