The Opportunity

• Manage a portfolio of SME, private and high-net-worth family group clients.
• Review financial statements, income tax returns and complex compliance work.
• Lead tax planning, structuring and commercially focused advisory engagements.
• Manage workflow, WIP and team delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior and intermediate accountants.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Collaborate with specialists across accounting and financial planning.

About You

• 5+ years’ Australian public practice experience.
• CA or CPA qualified.
• Strong Business Services and Tax capability.
• Experience reviewing work and managing client relationships.
• Previous mentoring or team leadership exposure.

  
This role would suit an experienced Supervisor/Assistant Manager or existing Manager looking for greater flexibility, stronger earning potential and exposure to a genuinely high-quality private client base.
