We're a successful and growing boutique recruitment agency based in beautiful Bulimba, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

- $80,000-$90,000 base salary + super, depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission with NO billing threshold – earn commission from your very first placement.
- Exceptional earning potential – our average consultant earns approximately $250,000 per year in total remuneration, including base salary and commission. (Possible to reach to $350k on a good year)

About the role This is a true 360 recruitment opportunity where you'll have the freedom to build your own desk, develop long-term client relationships and take ownership of your success.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to successful placements.
- Building and maintaining genuine, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Identifying new business opportunities and growing your client portfolio.
- Sourcing, interviewing and representing quality candidates.
- Providing honest, professional advice and market insights to clients.
- Collaborating with the wider team, sharing opportunities and celebrating wins.
- Delivering an exceptional recruitment experience that keeps clients coming back.
About you We're not looking for someone who simply wants to hit numbers. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves recruitment and takes pride in doing a great job.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience in agency recruitment, ideally within a 360 recruitment role.
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
- A genuine passion for working with people.
- Confidence in managing clients and candidates independently.
- A proactive, positive and commercially minded approach.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support your teammates.
- The drive to succeed while maintaining high professional standards.
