About the Firm
Our client is a modern, AFR-listed accounting firm based in Brisbane CBD, offering business advisory, tax, accounting, and bookkeeping services to a diverse client base across Australia. With a collaborative, one-stop-shop approach, the firm is experiencing strong growth and is looking to add a Junior–Intermediate Bookkeeper to their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of BAS and IAS
• Payroll processing and superannuation payments
• Accounts payable and receivable management
• Bank reconciliations and invoice processing
• Payroll Tax Return preparation
• Liaising with clients and assisting with day-to-day queries

What You’ll Need

• Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting (or working towards)
• 1–3+ years’ bookkeeping experience, ideally in public practice
• Experience with Xero (preferred) or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communication skills and a client-focused approach
