Established in 2007 with just 6 team members, we are now widely located across the Shire, Southern Highlands, Eastern Suburbs, Gold Coast, & Inner West. The team across NSW and QLD boast over 200 staff working tirelessly across Sales, Leasing, Property Management, Commercial, Project Marketing, and internal operations.

The Role
We are a dynamic and growing real estate company looking for a talented Videographer to join our in-house marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Marketing, this position will be focused on producing engaging video content including reels, videos, podcasts, interviews, talking heads, presentations, and other digital assets that showcase our properties and enhance our brand.
  
You’ll be primarily based out of our brand-new media office in Taren Point, a modern, purpose-built creative space designed to support high-quality content production and collaboration across our marketing team. This role also has a strong element of travel, either between properties or our offices within the Greater Sydney region.
  
Please note this is not a freelance position. We are seeking someone who can commit to a full-time, in-house role as part of our growing marketing team
  
Key responsibilities:

• Develop & execute creative concepts for digital content on various platforms - aligning with Highland's brand values. This includes weekly interactive, user-generated and behind-the-scenes content
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that showcase our brand, agents, and properties to capture the attention of potential clients
• Analyse and report on social media metrics and adjust the content strategy as needed to improve engagement and reach
• Stay up to date with emerging social media trends and best practices for visual storytelling
• Drone operation for footage related to social media reels, as well as property advertising
• Recording, filming, and editing of podcasts - we have just launched "The Home Front"
• Promoting the agents, agency, property, and location in the best light
• Occasional weekend and after-hours work will be required, with time in lieu provided and to be taken within the same month
• Attend and capture company events, sponsorships, gala days, launches, and other brand activations across the business

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Demonstrate a strong portfolio of digital content creation and videography work
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in content creation for social media platforms (real estate industry is desired)
• Demonstrated experience with filming reels and podcasts
• Understanding of how to use Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, social media platforms, and other digital content creation software
• Proficiency with photography/videography, specifically for social media channels
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading ability
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Impeccable communication, both verbal and written
• Experience recording, filming, editing, and posting podcasts to Spotify
• Passion and energy within the role - desire to create innovative, engaging, and exciting work 
• Must have full Australian working rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident only)

Own equipment required for the role:

• Good quality DSLR or equivalent
• Drone
• Relevant shooting accessories

Our ideal candidate possesses demonstrable experience and proficiency in the following:

• Windows 11 Environment: Proven ability to navigate and operate efficiently within a Windows 11 operating system.
• Microsoft 365 Environment: Experience working within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including familiarity with its core applications, and specifically with OneDrive and SharePoint for file management, storage, and collaboration.
• Adobe Creative Cloud Suite for Video Production: Expertise in utilising Adobe Premiere Pro for editing, Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects, and Adobe Audition for audio post-production. Familiarity with Adobe Media Encoder and other relevant Adobe CC applications is a plus.
