The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Assistant to support a high-performing Sales agent based in our Cronulla office.
 
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, proactive and reliable.
 
Previous real estate experience is not essential; however, candidates must either hold a Certificate of Registration or be willing to obtain one.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the day-to-day administration of a busy sales team
• Campaign management and coordination
• Preparing marketing materials and property advertising
• Data entry, CRM management and reporting
• Attending open homes and auctions
• Meeting and greeting buyers at inspections
• Assisting with listing presentations
• Buyer follow-up and feedback calls following open homes (once established in the role, training provided)
• Supporting social media and online property marketing
• Attending sales meetings, training sessions and company events
• Working Saturdays to assist with open homes, with a half-day RDO provided during the week

About You

• A Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain one)
• Previous real estate experience is advantageous but not essential
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• A professional and confident manner
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Professional presentation and conduct
