We’re partnering with a high-performing agency in Melbourne’s south east that is looking for a Team Leader / Assistant Department Manager to support the growth of their property management division. This is a genuine stepping-stone into a Head of Department position.

You’ll still manage your own portfolio, but with VA support and field services in place, allowing you to focus on relationships, team support, and stepping into leadership responsibilities.

The Role

• Manage your own portfolio with structured VA and field support
• Support and mentor junior and mid-level Property Managers
• Assist in overseeing day-to-day department operations
• Help drive team performance, structure, and accountability
• Work closely with leadership on process improvement and growth strategy
• Be involved in onboarding, training, and team development
