The Roles

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Rental reviews, arrears management & compliance
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Conducting inspections (routine, ingoing & outgoing)
• Supporting leasing and business growth (senior roles)
• Mentoring junior staff (senior roles)

About You

• Agent’s Representative Certificate 
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Previous property management experience (for experienced roles)
• A genuine interest in real estate and customer service
