The Role

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of sales agents within your team
• Drive team performance, accountability and a high-performance culture
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding and developing new and existing agents
• Maintain your own sales pipeline (listing and selling)
• Work closely with leadership on growth strategy and expansion
• Oversee team structure, processes and performance tracking

• High level of professionalism, accountability and drive
• NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
