Ready to take your sales career to the next level? We’re currently working with a number of high-performing real estate agencies across Melbourne who are looking for experienced Sales Agents to join their growing teams.

These aren’t roles where you’re expected to start from scratch.
Walk into established databases, genuine listing opportunities and strong brand recognition — with commission structures designed to reward high performers.

What’s on offer?

• Above-average commission splits designed to reward your performance
• Established databases with genuine opportunities to convert
• Access to existing listings and future listing opportunities
• Strong brand presence and market reputation
• Quality marketing and administrative support
• Established systems, technology and processes
• Opportunities across a range of Melbourne locations
• Supportive leadership and experienced teams
• Career progression for those looking to take the next step
• The opportunity to build on what you already have, rather than starting again

We’re looking for:

• Experienced Sales Agents with a proven track record
• Agents who are driven, ambitious and commercially minded
• Strong communicators who genuinely enjoy building relationships
• Agents who want to increase their earning potential
• Self-motivated professionals who want greater autonomy and support
• Candidates who are ready to take their career — and income — to the next level

Why start from zero? If you’ve already proven you can sell, you shouldn’t have to spend the next 12 months rebuilding your pipeline.

These opportunities offer the combination of strong databases, genuine listing opportunities, established brands and higher-than-average commission structures to give you the platform to perform.
Multiple opportunities are currently available across Melbourne.

If you're considering your next move and want to understand what’s actually available in the market, we'd love to have a confidential conversation.
