Provide strategic leadership across 3 offices, overseeing all property management operations
Lead, mentor and manage a team of 14 including Property Managers, Leasing Consultants, Field Services and Admin
Set performance expectations, conduct regular check-ins, reviews and development plans
Run and facilitate all monthly team and individual meetings across the portfolio
Ensure consistency in processes, service delivery and compliance across all offices
Oversee portfolio performance including arrears, retention, maintenance and KPI reporting
Act as senior escalation point for complex client, tenant and staff matters
Drive culture, accountability and engagement within the property management division
Implement and refine systems, workflows and efficiencies across teams
Work closely with Leasing and BDM teams to support growth and retention strategies
Oversee trust accounting compliance in conjunction with accounts/admin teams
Prepare and present monthly reports, insights and performance updates to the Director
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and departmental planning
Ensure legislative compliance and risk management across all portfolios
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
