Location: Saffron Walden Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour Contract Type: Temp to Perm Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Hunters 4 Staff are currently recruiting for an experienced Janitor / Cleaner to join a pharmaceutical site in Saffron Walden. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and supporting the day-to-day upkeep of the building.
We're looking for someone reliable, proactive and comfortable working independently. Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience would be a real advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out cleaning duties across offices, communal areas and welfare facilities
Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the building
Managing waste disposal and recycling processes
Reporting any maintenance issues or building defects to the relevant teams
Supporting the general upkeep and presentation of the site
Following all health and safety procedures and site regulations
Requirements
Previous janitorial, facilities or commercial cleaning experience
Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a professional pharmaceutical environment
Understanding of health and safety procedures
