MIG Welder (Night Shift) Brownhills
Up to £19.33 per hour (including shift allowance)
Monday to Thursday | 16:00 - 04:00 or 17:00 - 05:00
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting for two experienced MIG Welders to join our client's busy manufacturing team in Brownhills. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with a well-established company, offering consistent night shifts and the chance to move into a permanent role.
Working with medium to heavy gauge materials, you'll be involved in a mix of welding, fabrication and jig work, producing quality components to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities - Carry out MIG welding on medium to heavy gauge steel components
- Complete fabrication work from engineering drawings
- Work with jigs and fixtures to ensure accurate production
- Inspect finished products to maintain quality standards
- Operate safely and follow all site health and safety procedures
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
Requirements - Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with fabrication and jig work
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable with a good work ethic and able to work permanent night shifts
