CNC Turners and CNC Millers - Day Shift & Night Shift
Location: Stoke on Trent
Pay: £16.50-£18.00 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Day shift & Night Shift

At Hunters 4 Staff, we're now looking for an experienced CNC Turner Or CNC Miller to join a busy engineering team on the day shift. If you enjoy working with modern machining centers and taking pride in producing quality parts, this role could be a great fit.

What you'll be doing

• Working with Heidenhain, Siemens, Mazatrol and Fanuc controls
• Setting machines for both new and repeat jobs
• CNC turning Or CNC Milling
• Reading engineering drawings and ensuring accurate, high‑quality output
• Set and operate Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes to produce precision components.
• Supporting continuous improvement and problem‑solving on the shop floor

What we're looking for

• Strong CNC machining experience across multi‑axis machines
• Knowledge of Heidenhain, Siemens, Mazatrol and Fanuc
• Confident in programming and machine setup
• CAD/CAM "offline" programming experience is a real advantage
• Someone reliable, practical and able to work independently
