Job Title: Fire Alarm Engineer Location: South East England (excluding Central London) Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent Pay Rate: Starting salary of £30,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, with on-call rota and overtime available
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting for a Fire Alarm Engineer to join a growing and dynamic team working across the South East of England, excluding Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to work with a reputable company servicing commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and install Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Nurse call and access control systems.
Complete job sheets accurately
Responsible for managing stock levels in vehicle
Deliver excellent customer service on-site
Participate in on-call rota and optional overtime
Travel across South East England (door-to-door pay included)
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems is essential
Based in Kent or East Sussex (preferred, not essential)
Reliable with smart appearance
Ability to use a multimeter to measure Volts AC/DC, Ohms and Amps
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a methodical approach to problem-solving
Full UK driving licence required
Right to work in the UK
