Pay: £13.71 per hour (rising to £14.40 from April 2026) Hours: Mon-Thu 7:00-16:00, Fri 7:00-12:00 Contract: Temp to Perm
Hunters 4 Staff are looking for a Production MIG Welder to join a growing team working on light tubular assemblies using in‑house jigs. It's a clean, safe environment with solid equipment and a friendly, practical team. If you're consistent, reliable and confident with MIG work, this is a great opportunity to move into a long‑term role.
What you'll be doing
Carrying out high‑quality MIG welding on mild steel tubular and flat assemblies
Working within bespoke jigs—no fabrication required
Using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Maintaining a steady work rate while keeping quality high
Completing a weld test and interview as part of the process
What we're looking for
Confident, proven MIG welding skills
Experience working on tubular and flat products (minimum 2 years)
Good attention to detail
Strong timekeeping and reliability
Someone who takes pride in consistent, accurate work
