About the Role
Hunters 4 Staff are looking for reliable Cleaning Operatives to join our Client at Guenther Bakeries in Coventry. You'll play a key role in maintaining hygiene and safety standards across the site, ensuring everything runs smoothly in a food production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in production and non-production areas
Clean machinery, equipment, floors, walls, and high-risk areas including high levels
Follow food safety, hygiene, COSHH, and health & safety procedures
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
Report any hygiene or safety issues to management
Requirements
Previous experience as an industrial cleaner (food manufacturing experience preferred)
Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
Ability to work long shifts and follow strict cleaning schedules
