Flexible Container operatives 
Start Time: 06:00 (End time varies) 
Pay Rate: £13.18 per hour
Hours: Vary depending on container volume and workload
Location: Uttoxeter
 
We are looking for Ad-Hoc Container Emptier Operatives to support our Client in warehouse operations. All roles start at 06:00, with hours varying depending on the number of containers arriving and the workload for the day. These positions are physically demanding and require individuals who can work safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Unload, check, and move incoming stock and materials.
• Unload containers manually or with equipment depending on stock type.
• Sort pallets and materials into designated areas.
• Work flexibly—hours depend on the number of containers scheduled each day.
• Support warehouse staff where required to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all health & safety and manual handling guidelines.

 
Skills & Experience Required

• Previous warehouse, Goods In or manual labour experience preferred.
• Must be physically fit—role involves lifting and continuous movement.
• Good attention to detail when checking stock.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.
• Ability to start at 06:00 consistently.
• Able to work variable hours depending on workload.
