Parts Administrator Location: Mossfield Road
Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour
Working Hours: Mon-Thu 7.30am-4.45pm, Fri 7.30am-3.30pm
At Hunters 4 Staff, we work with businesses who value people who get things done. We're currently supporting our client, a well‑established manufacturer, as they look for a reliable and organised Parts Administrator to keep their busy parts department running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of admin, customer service, and working closely with production teams to make sure the right parts get where they need to be.
What you'll be doing - Processing invoicing using an Excel-based system with accuracy and care
- Taking incoming calls and supporting customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Helping prepare and dispatch parts for trailers, making sure everything is recorded correctly
- Keeping records up to date — parts, orders, and transactions
- Providing general admin support to keep the department running efficiently
- Working closely with production and dispatch teams to keep parts availability on track
What you'll need - Previous admin experience (ideally within manufacturing or parts)
- Confident with Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Good organisational skills and the ability to juggle tasks
- An interest in engineering or mechanical components is a bonus
