Hunters4staff are hiring for a family-owned business with a small, friendly team operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Producing high-quality mild steel components, from machined forgings to heavy fabricated products, for global customers who demand excellence.

What You'll Do

• Weld mild steel products ranging from 12KG to 750KG.
• Handle repeat jobs and longer runs (up to 6 hours) with precision and pride.
• Operate lifting equipment such as overhead cranes (training provided if needed, however experience beneficial).
• Maintain top-tier health and safety standards, PPE provided.
• Deliver consistent quality while hitting production targets.

Hours & Flexibility

• Day Shift: 07:00 - 17:30, Monday to Thursday (40 hours/week).
• Night Shift: 18:00 - 06:00 (Mon-Wed) & 18:00 - 23:30 (Thu) with shift allowance of 1/3.
• Overtime available most weeks.
• Piece work positions also offered.

What We're Looking For

• MIG welding experience.
• Ability to complete single-run butt and fillet welds.
• Multi-run fillet welds (desirable).
• Willingness to learn, future coding opportunities available.
