About James Hardie R&D Internship Program 
Our James Hardie R&D Internship Program is your gateway to the dynamic world of building manufacturing. Over three months, you’ll gain hands-on experience at our Rosehill Innovation Centre, working on real projects that shape the future of construction materials. You will be gaining real-life work experience at a global company with an innovation culture. The internship will provide you with an internship mentor and peers for support, give you opportunities to work with global teams and provide you with invaluable experience and skills such as

• Safety-first mindset through our Zero Harm philosophy
• Exposure to real manufacturing processes
• Collaboration with scientists and engineers
• Planning and executing experiments
• Conducting testing and analysis
• Immersing in a culture of innovation
• Understanding fibre cement building products

Who we’re looking for:
We’re seeking passionate students in their penultimate or final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and/or Engineering.
