About the Role:
As a Shipping Coordinator / Accounts Payable, you’ll play a vital role in reconciling international supplier statements accurately and on time, while supporting the shipping team with data entry tasks. Sitting within the supply chain team and reporting to the Group Shipping Manager, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of both shipping and accounts payable functions.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  
Accounts Payable:

• Accurately reconcile payments to creditor statements.
• Ensure payment due dates are correctly entered.
• Communicate with suppliers and handle email queries promptly and efficiently
• Assist with data entry for the wider shipping team.

  
Shipping:

• Data entry of import shipments (International and courier).
• Ensure accurate invoices are received from vendors and suppliers, and create folios reflecting product costs, goods, and freight.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams and branches regarding shipments.
