We are looking for a keen Customer Service Representative to join our team at HCB Dunedin.

About the Position:
As our new Customer Service Representative covering the Dunedin area, you will help increase our profile and look after our customer base as well as:

• Building great working relationships with new and existing customers to showcase our products.
• Attending to client enquiries, interpreting needs, discussing our products and driving sales across the region.
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Working closely with the team to manage a large portfolio of loyal clients.

About you:
You are looking to get a start in sales or have some customer service experience and want to take the next step in your sales career. You may be currently working in a retail environment or have an automotive background and be looking for a Monday to Friday role.

You will also have:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to learn new procedures and systems.
• Be proactive, flexible, and driven to succeed.
• A full New Zealand drivers’ licence, ability to drive manual transmission.
• A Class 2, Dangerous Goods and Forklift license would be advantageous however we will assist the right candidate in obtaining.
