What will you be doing?

We have an exciting full-time, 9-month fixed-term opportunity for a Demand Planner to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping the business plan for the future — from analysing trends and sales plans to building accurate forecasts and improving how we manage stock.
You’ll be working with our Avercast forecasting software, analysing historical trends, monitoring performance, and continuously improving how we plan. You'll also be working closely with suppliers, sales, marketing, and finance to ensure our demand plans are aligned with what’s actually happening in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining statistical forecasts using ERP and Avercast planning software
• Analysing trends, historical sales, promotions, and budgets to improve forecast accuracy
• Managing and maintaining Avercast system settings, parameters, and reporting outputs
• Monitoring forecast performance, identifying errors, and finding opportunities to optimise stock levels
• Preparing and presenting reports that support business decision-making and inventory strategy
• Submitting replenishment orders and supporting planning across the full product lifecycle

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain
• A relevant qualification in supply chain or similar
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and Excel skills
• ERP experience and forecasting tools knowledge (experience with Avercast is ideal but not essential)
• Great communication and interpersonal skills — you’ll work across teams and levels
• Automotive knowledge is a bonus — but not essential
