About the Role:
  
We’re currently seeking a Hire Yard Operations Technician to join our branch in Darwin.
 
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for a range of tasks associated with the preparation and return of our hire fleet assets, key duties will include:

• Forklift operation to load / unload materials and buildings.
• Prepare, clean and pack buildings for hire and transit.
• Stocktakes of assets as required.
• Identify and conduct basic repairs and maintenance.
• Processing paperwork including the documentation of outgoing and incoming assets.

  
This position will be offered as a permanent, full-time position; Monday to Friday, 7am-3.30pm.

About You:

• Current Forklift (High Risk) Licence.
• Working at Heights Licence (or aim to get one)
• Current Driver’s License.
• Ability to use hand tools to carry out basic maintenance tasks.
• Customer service skills.
• Basic-intermediate computer skills.
• Knowledge of building, construction or modular industries highly regarded.
