The Opportunity
Champion big ideas, support change, and help shape the future of Advisory at BDO NZ! Are you a passionate, influential communicator ready to drive change and efficiency as we enter an exciting phase of growth?
This newly established fixed-term (12 months) role offers the chance to work alongside the Head of Advisory and three pillar leads, supporting new ideas, Trans-Tasman collaboration, and delivering impactful projects and process improvements across the BDO NZ network.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support national Advisory projects, ensuring alignment and engagement across local offices
- Manage project administration, including scheduling, meetings, documentation, and timely delivery of outputs
- Prepare high-quality reports, guides, and process documents to inform decision-making
- Conduct business analysis and facilitate input from multiple contributors
- Assist with technology projects and drive adoption of advisory tools

About You
