As a key leader, you will oversee and develop all authorized service centers (both company-owned and partner-operated) to ensure alignment with company standards and create a successful business unit. Ideal candidates will focus on continuous improvement, maintain a growth-oriented approach, use critical thinking to address business needs, prioritize outstanding customer service, and work to eliminate obstacles so teams can achieve long-term goals.
 
Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and manage service center teams to fulfill company objectives.
• Establish best practices across the network of authorized service centers, fostering consistent, high-quality,  customer experiences.
• Work with service center leaders to transform company-owned centers into models of the service center vision.
• Expand the network by identifying and establishing target authorized service centers nationwide.
• Communicate the company’s vision clearly to inspire team members.
• Define and monitor performance metrics to develop a high-performing business unit.

• At least 5 years of leadership experience, ideally within the same or a similar industry.
• Proven experience building a business unit in alignment with strategic leadership goals.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, time-management, and analytical skills.
• Proven effective written and verbal communication.
• Excellent collaboration skills across all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed, up to 50%.
