Join our client's team as a Payroll Coordinator on a 6 month temporary assignment with the opportunity to be hired full-time.  
 
Role Summary:

• Assists in the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll for over 1,000 employees.
• Ensures employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; reviews
  changes for proper authorization and adherence to APA policy including compliance
  with federal/state/local regulations.
• Review time sheets to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies, including vacation and
  PTO.
• Partner with Payroll Manager on questions from the organization.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality for all employee information.
• Supports Payroll team with and/or completes check runs and reporting.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience in payroll processing, either through employment or internship.
• Ability to proactively problem-solve through critical thinking and analysis.
• Thrive in a fast-moving, changing environment.
• Detailed and accountable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential
  situations and information with professionalism.
