Job Summary:
 
Ground Works Land Design is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to become part of our growing company. This candidate will be a skilled professional, with landscaping and hardscaping knowledge, who can drive sales and build strong customer relationships. We support an environment of growth and opportunity!
 
Pay range: $75k - $150k

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
• Perform site evaluations and provide estimates to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to develop and deliver proposals.
• Maintain and manage a CRM database.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications / Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
• Experience in landscaping/hardscaping or related industries is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A self-starter who can work independently with integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
