Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Administrator to join our South Brisbane team. If you're detail-oriented, commercially savvy, and ready to be part of something exceptional—we want to hear from you.
The Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of commercial projects, working closely with our project managers, estimators, and site teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing contracts from procurement through to final accounts
• Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes of work, and procurement schedules
• Administering variations, claims, RFI processes, and reporting
• Assisting with cost forecasting and budget control
• Ensuring compliance with head contracts and internal procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction industry (ideally commercial projects)
• Strong understanding of contract law, project finances, and procurement processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
• Proficiency with construction project software (Procore, Jobpac or similar)
