Toowoomba based B & B Machinery is the Massey Ferguson, Challenger, Fendt & Iseki Dealership for the Inner Darling Downs region. There is currently a position vacant for the following role:
YARDMAN/JACK OF ALL TRADES
 
 
Role includes but not limited to

• Loading and Unloading of trucks and / or containers
• Forklift licence preferred but not necessary
• Cleaning of new and used machinery ready for sale
• New machine assembly
• Hay making machinery like Rakes, tedders, balers, accumulators and grabs
• Lawn mowers
• Slashers and other small implements
• Fitting accessories to new machines
• Minor repairs to used machinery
• Basic welding and fabrication
• Basic Spray painting
• Yard and premise maintenance
• Occasional Collection and delivery of machinery
• HR open licence preferred but not necessary

 
The role requires:

• Manual car licence
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ideally a mechanical background.
• Forklift licence is ideal but not essential

Applicants should possess a Manual car licence, good computer skills and ideally a mechanical background. On the job training will be provided by numerous experienced and qualified staff. A Forklift licence is ideal but not essential
 
The position is a full time, 40 hour week, Monday to Friday and also Saturday mornings on a rotational basis. Above award wages apply and are based on levels of training or experience.
