Key Account Manager / Operations Support Manager Insurance Reinstatement | Stamore, North West London | Up to £40,000 + Package

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager / Operations Support Manager to join our clients team within the insurance reinstatement sector.
The role will involve the day-to-day coordination of clients and operational teams, including Claims Handlers, Schedulers and Contracts Managers, ensuring claims and reinstatement projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships and act as a main point of contact.
• Coordinate Claims Handlers, Schedulers and Contracts Managers.
• Monitor claims, workloads, timescales and service levels.
• Resolve operational issues and keep clients regularly updated.
• Ensure jobs progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.
• Support the continued improvement of operational processes and client service.

Experience Required

• Experience within insurance reinstatement, property claims, construction or loss adjusting.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating teams and operational workloads.
• A proactive, commercially minded and solutions-focused approach.
