Job Title: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Location: Victoria, London (Office-Based with Site Visits)
Salary: Up to £60,000 (Depending on Experience)
  
About the Role
  
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team based in Victoria, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional with a strong background in prime residential construction to play a key role in delivering high-end projects across London.
  
You will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  
Key Responsibilities
  

• Managing all commercial aspects of prime residential construction projects.
• Preparing and reviewing cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation.
• Procuring subcontractors and negotiating contracts.
• Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Monitoring project costs and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the build process.
• Working closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Conducting regular site visits across London.

  Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• 3-4 years experience in prime residential projects valued between £500k and £3m.
• Excellent commercial awareness and cost management skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualification preferred.
