Job Title: Contracts Manager – Decoration
Location: London & South East (Based in Victoria, London + Site Visits)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
  
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of decoration projects across London and the South East. This role offers the opportunity to manage both commercial and residential works, with project values ranging from £1,000 to £100,000.
  
Key Responsibilities
 

• Manage multiple decoration contracts from initial enquiry through to completion
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Conduct regular site visits across London and the South East
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor project costs, variations, and profitability
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company standards
• Prepare and manage project schedules, reports, and documentation

  
Requirements
  

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role within the decoration/finishing sector
• Strong knowledge of both commercial and residential projects
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong financial awareness and cost control experience
• Full UK driving licence
