Estimator Natural Stone Products

Job Title: Estimator Natural Stone
Location: North London
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + bonuses


The role of Estimator Natural Stone Products will involve:

• Estimator dealing with a high end quality manufactured range of natural stone block, brick and masonry products.
• Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
• Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
• Using tools such as Excel and CAD / Bluebeam
• Liaising with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
• Producing formal quotations to clients
• Keeping good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
• Building and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors
• Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Working on projects between £10k – £2M

Requirements for the  Estimator:

• Must have estimating experience within the stone sector.
• Ideally had experience within the building product sectors
• Ideally have with Bluebeam estimating software or similar.
• IT Literate (Particularly Excel)
